Coaching helps you honestly examine what alcohol is costing you and make choices that align with your values and performance. You don't need to have made any decision before reaching out.
Yes — completely. No payment, no contract, no obligation. The call is 15 minutes via Zoom. After the call, Jarrod gives you space and time to reflect. You only move forward if you're genuinely excited to. If it's not the right fit, that's fine too — you leave with useful information and no regrets.
Yes. All coaching services are available online via Zoom for clients anywhere in the world. In-person Ruck and Walking sessions are available for clients local to the Apex / Raleigh, NC area — but online coaching delivers the full coaching experience and includes the same daily WhatsApp accountability.
Jarrod reads and responds to every message personally — typically within 24 hours. There are no automated replies or assistant hand-offs. When you reach out, you're talking directly with Jarrod.
