Ask Jarrod directly →No. Every coaching engagement starts with a free 15-minute introduction call. There is no payment, no contract, and no commitment at that stage. After the call, Jarrod gives you time to reflect. Only when you're ready and excited to move forward do you take any next steps.
No. Coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. Coaching is forward-focused and solutions-based — it works from where you are now toward where you want to go. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or dependency issue, Jarrod will refer you to the appropriate professional resources.
Not at all. The goal is not abstinence — the goal is awareness and intentionality. Many clients have no intention of quitting entirely. The coaching helps you honestly examine your relationship with alcohol and make choices that better align with your values, performance, and wellbeing. What that looks like is entirely up to you.
The coaching approach, framework, and daily accountability are identical. The online Zoom option is ideal for busy professionals or those outside the Raleigh / Apex area. Ruck and walking sessions are in-person only at Pleasant Park or Historic Downtown Apex — Jarrod provides the full ruck setup.
